Sales Excellence

職務概要

■Define the Health Care Professional Channels MR and Key Account Manager (KAM)  sales strategy and direct sales teams towards a smooth implementation. Based on the above, define pricing strategy, doctor profiling and value add offering for sales/KAM
■Lead sales training of necessary skills for the promotion/new business model implementation in line with division strategy and develop the relevant contents for sales training.
■Involved in individual sales representative coaching plan by providing data (activity, sales based on Data Warehouse, e-sales web) and feedback in sales training
■Explore the opportunities for business growth and operation optimization and by capitalizing on business insight and data-driven analysis and suggest the ideas.
■Lead and manage projects related to operational set-up of new business models, new channels or customers or innovation to accelerate Consumer Health business growth forward.
■Oversee project teams, navigate internal processes, and manage vendor selections while considering financial flows, logistics needs and other functions to achieve overarching commercial goals.
■Oversee content management of the project: procedure, concept, timeline, recommendations with regard to content
■Ensure that Bayer Corporate Compliance policies and procedures are enforced within Bayer's Healthcare standards.
■Responsible for adherence to regulatory requirements and industry code of ethics

 

【学歴・資格/Educations】

・University Degree or above

 

【経験・職務に必要な能力/Experiences】

・Ideally 3 years of experience in the health care industry
・3 or more years experience in a marketing or MR roles

 

【スキル・語学レベル/Skills】
・Fluent in Japanese and a good command of English (TOEIC 800 or above)
・Critical thinking and problem solving
・Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
・Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
・Conflict resolution experience Adaptability
