The prize has been awarded every year for the last 20 years by the Brandon Hall Group, one of the leading analysts in training and continuing education worldwide. The jury was particularly convinced by our clear focus on the LIFE values during the design and implementation of the Bayer Academy.
Founded in early 2013, the Bayer Academy offers managers worldwide a structured training program and supports them to systematically develop their leadership and general management skills. The Academy's goal is to prepare managers as well as possible for new and complex challenges. The offerings include a mixture of training courses and workshops on leadership and management tasks at Bayer, tailored to each of the participants. The course contents are derived directly from the company's strategy and objectives.
The Brandon Hall Group Excellence Award, which was initiated in 1994, is regarded as a prestigious award in continuing education.
