Oncology Key Institution Representative
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
■Develops and oversees the execution of Key Institution Strategy for the success of Vitrakvi
■Achieves sustainable competitive advantage and long term success by strategically building and strengthening the network of Key institutions
■Plans how to establish and maintain major account relationships and meet personal sales targets within the full line of oncology products or combination of oncology products with particular focus on GI Franchise
■Establishes and builds strong client relationships over time that allow for continuity and ongoing representation reinforced by sales support/delivery programs, and communications to other relevant organizational functions/divisions
■Participates with other key institution managers and sales management in development of sales strategies for national accounts; helps identify target accounts and opportunities within the framework of the organization-wide strategy
■Monitors competitive activity in each account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated
WHO YOU ARE:
■ University degree or above
■ At least 10 years relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
■ Over three years experience in oncology in a marketing or MSL role
■ Experience with a diagnostic product is preferred.
■ MR experience preferred
■Fluent in English(TOEIC 730 and above) and Japanese
■Strategic planning skills, Leadership skills with effective communication and interpersonal skills
